Administrative director since 1992
In close collaboration with senior management, Ms. Sylvie Carrau acts as Administrative Director of the Institut de Physiatrie du Québec.
Responsible for the organization of activities, the functioning of the administrative system and the management of human resources for all clinics, she also ensures the communication component.
She holds a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Bordeaux in France, obtained in 1987.
After several years of service in a large accounting firm based in Paris and specializing in human resources management, Ms. Carrau settled in Montreal in 1990.

The reputation of the Institute and its clinics is based on the dedication of some 60 committed and experienced employees:
- Physiotherapists and physiotherapy technologist, all members of the Ordre des physiothérapeutes du Québec,
- Well-trained technologists and nurses for specialized treatments,
- An administrative team concerned with offering quality service in a comforting atmosphere, giving the patient a warm welcome and good confidential and personalized management of their file.
